Add Score And Msg Box

While I was adding my text box, I had some trouble in the beginning. I eventually figured it out though with some help. When I added my score box, I thought it was neat to see because my game is finally starting to become a real game. With these game ingredients, it makes my game more fun and seem like a real game.  I would like to add a timer and a win/lose screen to my game.
