Add Keyboard Input
For our I think we will only be using the arrow keys on the keyboard. I think if we had more more time on our gam ewe would be able to include some other button on the keyboard into our game. I think it is interesting when you are required in a game to click a certain letter key that may allow you to maybe run faster or be considered the trigger for a gun, if that is used in the game. If we were to add another key from the keyboard to our game, I would want to add the spacebar in to make the player jump instead of the up arrow.
You have some very good ideas for key board input. My group is also going to experiment with adding jumping motion to the space bar. Have you considered adding additional input for something such as a speed boost?
